I short circuited when the dude picked up and said "this is Jake from state farm, how may I help you"
I like forgot to talk for a second. Should have asked him if he was wearing khakis 😂🤦

@SilentSaturn sorry to hear that! Most everyone I have talked to that had State farm had nothing but great things to say about them. But I guess nothing is ever perfect every single time.
