Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

@SageWanderer Wow, that’s wild ! We always felt like my grandparents house was haunted. There just always felt like more people were around than just those one could see.
