What was your worst pick up line?

Can be RL or in here. Mind was pretty bad. It was back when I was like 16-17 and had just gotten my drivers license. I was driving around and saw this cute girl riding her bike. I pulled up along side and asked this genius question, “ hey wanna ride?”

In 1987, I once said, while sitting at a Red Light, from the back driver's side seat of my best friend's car, to a station wagon full of girls...,

"I'd stop the world and melt for you."

There were 5 of them and 5 of us and both cars drove to the Zayre parking lot in downtown Lowell MA.

3 of us came away with girlfriends that night that lasted for a while.
I wasn't one of them.
But I was the only one of us that got laid.

But 3 days later her boyfriend found me and was twice my size.
I fought as best I could but still left the loser of that with 2 black eyes and a very bloody mouth.

It was what it was but so ended the romantic entanglements of the summer of 87….

@HikingMan that’s rough but not much you could have done. You prob gained respect from your friends for showing up. Besides she said yes to you. You can never take that away from you.
