I'd say if you haven't signed, do not sign. Most probably these people, looking at your lifestyle can also understand that you don't belong there.
I know others say it's hard nowadays and it is but I have huge faith in you.
So be kind and honest with the people. Offer to pay for March and April and take a month to find another place. You will.

@TryingtoLava I totally get it. I used to drink and smoke but nowadays I can only live with sober people. Too much dragging... Be strong in your decision as you are and the right people will appear. Don't settle for it.
@being that took care of itself huh?

@TryingtoLava very strangely so...:) I believe it's for the best.

Finding a place to stay is so hard. It took me two years to find my house and I got lucky. I’d say keep searching and stay somewhere else temporarily if you can. Your home is one of the most important parts of your life so don’t settle for anything less than comfortable.

Just a suggestion. Yet see if there's a quieter room you can swap with.

I know there might not be one and it might not be possible, yet a bit of distance might help.

That could be a term in signing any type of lease, even make the lease conditioned on it being more quiet.

If it doesn't happen, then you're within the conditions of the lease to leave. Be sure breaking the lease covers any return of deposits though.

If the owner is not willing to go the extra mile on this, then it's not the place for anyone. You'll never be able to work it out with any of them.

The ower has the say so. With all the tenants

Working things out contractually shows a willingness to try.

Don't stay somewhere that isn't comfortable. Aside from the walls being thin it sounds like that house may not be a super healthy social structure for you. Other communal living opportunities in the area....try finding a farm perhaps!

If you legit feel out of place and if you honestly think it's not going to work out then I wouldn't sign and I would recommend hopefully there's another place for you out there.
I bet there are lots of other situations and setups where you are. Living with a herd of people is hard if you need some quiet time.

I think it depends on how easily you think you can find the right place for you, you don't want to find yourself with nowhere to live.

I'll support any decision you make lava
