Early in COVID days a coworker called in saying how he felt awful, was spewing from both ends but didn't want to use his only thermometer as he'd had it up his dogs ass several days prior to check his dogs temp. We couldn't convince him to rinse it off & use it to see if he had a fever. "Take one for the team" didn't work. 😅
