What’s the worst thing you’ve smelled…..?

At the very end of the day today, I had to go collect a moose carcass from the side of the highway.
Got there, jumped out of the truck, walked over to it to assess the equipment we would need, and only then, as I got nearer, could I see the open and exposed underbelly (animals had been picking at it) and I caught a whiff of [b][i]the smell[/i][/b] of this beast!
It had clearly been laying there mangled, twisted and stewing in the sun for a few days 🤮

The smell worsened significantly as we disturbed it and winched it up onto the truck bed.
Uggghhhhh
I can still smell it in my nostrils 😣😣

@Nebula yes….i worked in a slaughterhouse years ago, and had to cut down a side of beef which was literally [b]green[/b] right through, and with each stroke of my knife, I had to quickly swish it off in the sterilizer to remove the maggots crawling up towards my hand. 🤮
