About 800k pop, mostly southeast Asians. Most expensive car insurance in country thanks to all the bad drivers and insurance scammers. We have Tim Hortons and cannabis dispensaries everywhere. But I still like it here.

My little town/village of 7,000 is mostly families. Mostly white Italian, or UK descent but some south asians are moving in.

Where primarily Portuguese tended their farm fields and orchards during my childhood, Middle East has met Far East to expand IT & AI globally from a Silicon Valley.
