@SheCallsMeCrushDaddy the transients around here have been known to get in the children’s splash pads with parents and children present and take a bar of soap and start showering. The mothers will take their children away from it because of this. No telling what else goes on in other public places with water. They’d probably take a bath in a public fountain if they found one here.
