Somewhere an Osha manual burst into flames...or wait y'all have an Osha manual?

Is the training to notch or more like hoping no one gets injured?

Do you like training people or would rather fold a fitted sheet till you got it right

I haaaaaate companies that don't train. It's a major red flag for me when it comes to a job. It usually means they're completely disinterested and disloyal to their employees.

@DearAmbellina2113 my company doesn't invest much in training now which is rather frustrating. I was the training specialist and everything I built is no longer used.

You are 100 percent right.

Today people are just a production number
@DearAmbellina2113 you just don't want to know who cleans your supermarket. We're not covered by OSHA like that cashier is.

@Roundandroundwego when I worked at a supermarket, the staff is who cleaned the store after hours. I've cleaned plenty of floors and toilets in my day.
@DearAmbellina2113 that's not what happens in any stores near here. Contract labor cleans, we're not employees. WinCo, Safeway, Albertsons, Fred Meyer, every school and library, -. Everyone.
