How to solve this problem of my friend

She and her husband lives together with in laws. Her sister is law also lives with them since she is not married. She wakes up early in the morning, should finish the house work then comes to office. Her mother in law and sister in law back bites about her with her husband then her husband beats her and scolds her after listening to them. She was sharing all these and crying with me. I want to solve her problem but I dont know how. Can anyone tell me how can I solve her problem.

the thing is that its hard for westerners to advise you on relationship advice, like you might have seen before, if someone is not happy with their spouse our answer is to leave them and get another spouse. if a man beats a woman she leaves him and she receives half of everything he owns. so from a western point of view I say she should just leave him but I think in your culture it seems harder to do that.

Tell her to get a divorce, file a restraining order against her husband. She needs to get out before it gets worse.
