How to solve this problem of my friend

She and her husband lives together with in laws. Her sister is law also lives with them since she is not married. She wakes up early in the morning, should finish the house work then comes to office. Her mother in law and sister in law back bites about her with her husband then her husband beats her and scolds her after listening to them. She was sharing all these and crying with me. I want to solve her problem but I dont know how. Can anyone tell me how can I solve her problem.
