Making some tasty meatballs

I saw a great trick to make all your meatballs a uniform size - you use a muffin tray or an ice cube tray, cover it in cling wrap and squish the meat into it . Then lift it out and roll each bit.

And whallah - all exactly the same size.
I thought it was clever .
