Tomorrow Will Be A Rare Day In August For Oklahoma….

@4meAndyou My favorite kind of weather. No sweating, no cold chills either. Could bake all I wanted and open the windows to cool down the house.

@Musicman It will feel like heaven compared to what we’ve had this past month. The last two afternoons didn’t feel quite so miserable. There was a gentle breeze which helped a lot.

@cherokeepatti It rained here yesterday dropping the temperature into the 80's. That was our big heat reprieve.

@Musicman It sure helps, and it helps to cool the house down when you get a cool rain that lasts quite a while, the roof gets cooled down

@lilylovesgaming1986 130,000…there are a lot of transients all over the city looking to see what they can get into and what they can steal. A lot of them are druggies and some are very violent.

@lilylovesgaming1986 Well we also have an interstate highway going through the city, a mental hospital on this side of town, and a university. About 35 years ago a young boy walking home from school was lured to an overgrown area by a man who claimed he had lost his dog and wanted help finding him. The man was holding a frisbee and a leash in his hand. The man got him in the overgrown area and attacked him and left him for dead. Did some graphically violent things to that boy including blinding him in one eye and internal damages. A search party was formed and he was found about 3 hours later. They never found this man even though the boy gave a good description of him. The police believed he was from another area and might have come down the interstate highway and fled quickly after the attack and was out of the state before the boy was ever found. After that happened I said there are such horrible perverts in this world I won’t even leave my house door unlocked when I am at home.
