Ever have a great interaction with a cashier?

You're right that most say nothing, or at least nothing decipherable. But every so often I do get someone who clearly enjoys life and spreads that joy. These are special people.

If I were a cashier, I would admittedly be that expressionless silent one. 🤷‍♀️

Oh yes. I try to use their name when we talk. Many times if I return they remember my order or my name if I introduced myself.

When the cashier does that...I'm like simmer down there...its the dollar tree of course I will be back 😒

I talk to them all the time. mostly small talk about their weekend holiday plans, if they have cats or dogs.

Yes! I've had a few like that. One was a college girl just overflowing with life and humor. Another was an older lady with sweetness and sarcasm. I was laughing so hard. Made my day.

There was a girl who worked in a supermarket that we used to go to sometimes who was the nicest person ever! I really wanted to be friends with her.

I went into a fast food place, and the guy said he was the only one there, so they were only taking online orders.

I walked right out. I am boycotting them for a while.

Many times. I make it a point to be friendly and outgoing towards cashier's. 🙂
