I just started to stretch every morning but it's so difficult because my muscles are so stiff so it hurts lol

@SayGrace Maybe you can push yourself a little less if it's painful, I heard that it's ok to be uncomfortable but it shouldn't hurt for the best results.

@Nightwings Yeah I stretch the best at night because I think a warm shower helps loosen my muscles enough that it doesn't hurt too badly and I can go further

@SayGrace That makes sense. I stretch in the morning because my job is sedentary so if I don't then tension builds up throughout the day. After work I walk 2 hours and do a 20 minute workout + cooldown stretches in the evening.

My routine is a combination of yoga, the warm ups I used to do for gymnastics, and anything else that my daughters suggest 🙂

usually i snap, crackle, and pop a few hours. i seem make more noise than my car and need be re-aligned every 2 weeks

@Nightwings I do some interval training so thats like a workout and a warmup at the same time.
There are loads of chair exercises on Youtube. I did Senior Shape Fitness when I was recovering from a car accident (and had UNBELIEVABLE vertigo) years ago. I remember the music being annoying but you can mute it 😊
