Do you stretch every morning?

I have a routine that I kind of made up myself, based on what I remember from batminton, and things like various exercise video warmups and cooldowns.

Share your routine if you want to, because I'm looking for more stretches/mild exercises to incorporate into mine. 🌻

There are loads of chair exercises on Youtube. I did Senior Shape Fitness when I was recovering from a car accident (and had UNBELIEVABLE vertigo) years ago. I remember the music being annoying but you can mute it 😊
