@moonlightlullaby Yeah caffeine does more harm than good in the long term, especially to the mood.
I hate broken sleep. Wrecks havoc with your routine. I do hope you find your equalibrium again soon, though.

A soothing tea and natural sleep inducers are probably better. A light anti anxiety- natural or otherwise - may work too.
