Who gets scared when they want t go out?

yes yes..but after im out there i start to fit in slowly by slowly then i eventually like it

@silentkev: It is probably best to remember how much you enjoy being out and go as often as you can.

@SBelle: Actually im glad i found the support,i barely share with my regular male friends because they are noisy as hell and would not take it seriosly or they may think im womanly lol

@silentkev: I understand what you are saying about male friends. But, I need to say that a lot of men have emotional issues if they are large or small. That male pressure thing must be pretty bad. A woman can at least vent without all that😁

@SBelle: yes.. i guess being born a man means you die with all the crap in you.. the world will have some good fun if you try to open up. Someone once encouraged me to cry if i feel like.. Last time i cried was in high school more than 10 years ago

@silentkev: FYI there's a name for everything... Good luck, if it is a real issue for you and hinders your opportunity to enjoy life you should seek some medical help. Agoraphobia is treatable..

@silentkev: yeah, not fun. I've had about the worst case of GAD/Panic Disorder known to my doc, so if you need any advice, I'd be happy to give it. Really, the key is to pretty much do the opposite of how you feel.
