Who gets scared when they want t go out?

I have this weakness. I freak out when i want to leave the house for outdoors. Sometimes i just want to go buy something or meet a friend and my heart just wont stop beating. I guess i fear people or something

I'm the same way, but I know if I don't, I'm in worse trouble, so I make myself.

I was going to add this! So true. Me too and you have to force yourself and it gets easier to where it doesn't really happen for me anymore.

@silentkev: yeah, not fun. I've had about the worst case of GAD/Panic Disorder known to my doc, so if you need any advice, I'd be happy to give it. Really, the key is to pretty much do the opposite of how you feel.
