scammers target vulnerable people. that's why they claim to be royalty in extreme cases, or say silly things like "i accidentally sent you $500 can you send it back please?". or maybe they pretend to be some super hot model or ai babe asking for "companionship". if someone is uneducated or ill enough to believe that the scammer is truthful then they are more likely to give them what they want. that's why they target the elderly who are lonely or just don't know any better

so yeah if theyre claiming to be donald trump that sounds like a scam to me and maybe they'd ask for "donations". that's just a guess because i have personally never gotten a political text like that *

in the same way elderly people might be vulnerable to scams because they might be less likely to see ai or understand what links they're clicking on, i think if someone is delusional enough to still be supporting trump they might end up believing he himself is texting them

*actually, i mean i do get texts like "this is representative blah blah blah and i am reaching out about blah blah blah". like obviously it's a political text being sent out in mass and i don't think that's weird. i know it's not literally that person. maybe that's the kind of text you got

I have not, that sounds like a scam or trying to get you to clock something and get into your computer or phone data....

The President (any President) would be too busy for that... and they wouldn't be asking if I do this one thing, would that change your mind ... they wouldn't do it like that...

And especially Trump, he has had his marketing style down for DECADES.... he's not changing his style now...

So not him, and probably not anyone that's working for him...

I’ve been getting text from both parties this year, as well pro/con texts from props. Block/spam report all.

I commented on one thing once calling them out for being a bunch of racist pediphiles and I got nonstop emails demanding I donate money before I managed to get rid of them.

if i got a text from trump i would assume it wasn't really lol .. i doubt he has my number of even knows i exist nor do i care if he does or doesn't lol
