Aside from one cream cheese and the Norwegian brown cheese, I don't really like cheese. I merely accept it for the lack of other toppings/sammich ingredients.

Yes, you read that right. Cheese! In 2001, an abandoned house in Powell, WY, was transformed into one of the state’s most unforgettable art installations: artist Cosimo Cavallaro covered the home, both inside and out, with over 6 tons of surplus pepper‑jack cheese, turning it into the legendary “Cheese House.” 

The result? A smell so potent that visitors joked they couldn’t stay inside more than a moment. Naturally, the Cheese House art installation is no longer standing, which is typical of homes made of perishable items, but the memory of it still remains in the Powell community- A cheesy part of its history
