My Buddy isn't renewing his lease

So my buddy has been staying with us while he is doing his therapy program. He talked to us last night and said he wasn't going to renew his lease on his apartment. It's all the in Overland Park. He's going to stay with us until the end of the year and look for a place much closer.

He's need a wonderful guest. He cleans up after himself, he helps cook and the kids love having him here. We love having him here.
