My Buddy isn't renewing his lease

So my buddy has been staying with us while he is doing his therapy program. He talked to us last night and said he wasn't going to renew his lease on his apartment. It's all the in Overland Park. He's going to stay with us until the end of the year and look for a place much closer.

He's need a wonderful guest. He cleans up after himself, he helps cook and the kids love having him here. We love having him here.

He is your best friend, and I can see why. YOU are HIS best friend, and I can see why. The love goes both ways. I just hope if he gets his own place he is not too lonely, after living with your family.

@Cigarguy Awww. Joel is just about the best person on the planet, next to YOU! Now ALL that all of you need to worry about and consider is what to do if your buddy ever finds a love interest. The basement isn't exactly someplace where he could bring "a friend".
