I know the feeling. Having friends you were once real close to, but then over time, you grow apart and just aren’t anymore to where you’re more acquaintances than friends, if even that. But you know, it happens. People change over time, in ways to where they’re not as compatible with you as they used to be. It’s not really anyone’s fault, it’s just that you simply don’t vibe with them anymore. Speaking from experience, it starts to sting less as you get older and you come to realize the temporary nature of friendships. Friends come and go, that’s just how it is. I know this is easier said than done, but don’t let it get you down too much. Another friend is bound to come along sooner or later.

Life is a journey. Very few friendships last a life time. We all evolve, learn and change impacts us all.

I have had friendships fade away only to burn brightly again, sometimes years later.
But even though that might happen in future, right now this is a sad and lonely feeling!

Life gets in the way of relationships. You just can't party all the time. It is kind of like marriage, sometimes the list of annoyances surpasses the list of fun things and then you start to move apart.
