@basilfawlty89 I’m sorry to hear. My brother has OCD and depression as well as schizophrenia with psychosis .. I feel so bad for everything his poor mind has to bare..
How do you cope with OCD? I have a bit of it but I think it’s just I like to have things clean and tidy to feel good about myself. May I ask what you obsess over?

@Wallflow3r death, harm and relationships.
I take medication and have attended therapy. My symptoms are much less thanks to CBT and Mindfulness.
