Would you tell you friend if you thought their girlfriend/boyfriend was not attractive?

Or would you keep it to yourself?
ScarletWitch · 26-30, F
Absolutely not. Tf. Its NOT ur girlfriend or boyfriend. Why would your opinion matter anyway. You shouldnt even be looking at someone that is not yours to begin with. Yet alone judging them.

What in the world would be the point, other than to cause pain where it is not deserved?

How in the world would my opinion of his girlfriend's looks be at all relevant to their relationship or to our friendship?

It would be very cruel to say anything like that. So I would not.
perceptivei · 36-40, F
@DrWatson Best explanation/response so far.

No reason at all to tell your friend you don't find their partner attractive. It doesn't matter in the least and it's very rude.
4meAndyou · F
Anyone who is NOT a complete a$$wipe would keep that to themselves.
Never. And as long as they were kind and loving to my friend, something that superficial would never cross my mind.
Good Lord, no.
@SwampFlower Oh, the devious bastards!

@Mamapolo2016 Indeed!

IDK, he said she was a butterface. He was enjoying the view from behind and then she turned around and scared him, called me a braver man than him.

No. It has nothing to do with me.
Fungirlmmm · 51-55, F
Beauty is in the eye ofxthd beholder. You may look at someone and see a butt ugly ogre, but your friemd has evolved to see more of the heart of their partner. Your opinion means nothing if they are in love.
TexChik · F
I have had conversations with them about their bf/gf ‘s behavior or activities … but not looks .
Morrigan · F
It has nothing to do with me, i didnt choose them, therefore I have no place saying anything.
zorroo · 56-60, M
it is none of your business and keep your opinion to yourself.
Teachocolate · 51-55, F
No.I believe beauty is the eye of the beholder.
NegrowBalls12 · 18-21, M
the right thing to do is just shut up
perceptivei · 36-40, F
I'm glad you're happy.
Axelerator · 26-30, M
Keep it to myself Ofc
CestManan · 46-50, F
When I was in high school, my peers, friends, and even family had no problems expressing their negative opinions about who I dated.

Bunch of pricks.
Dv8rs · 18-21, F
I generally say what's on my mind, but in this case I may bite my tongue, if he, or she were in the room. Later, sure I'd ask, wtf over?
craig7 · 70-79, M
No,never.If I formed that opinion,I would strictly keep it to myself - as I can recall doing on a couple of occasions in my younger years.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
Not unless they would ask me directly. Then I would say they're not my type.

It's none of my business as long as they are happy it doesn't matter

Not my type, beauty is in the eye of the beholder after all.
JimFarris16 · 18-21, M
@Nihiless That would explain some of my tastes differing from friends and even my own dad.
@JimFarris16 It's chemistry that works not physical appearances.
JimFarris16 · 18-21, M
@Nihiless Good way of putting it, I've overlooked a lot of things others wouldn't. Hairy underarms for one.

@Saucylover Okay, thanks. She also gets some attention for not shaving her underarms but I don't mind.
Saucylover · 26-30, F
@JimFarris16 I don’t shave mine all the time either lol. It’s just hair and we are only human after all. It’s not the end of the world that she doesn’t shave lol. A lot of women don’t shave.
JimFarris16 · 18-21, M
@Saucylover I saw Twitter crapping on that the other day lol, body hair shaming.
