Don't ask her again for at least few days. And don't reply(confirm) whenever she sends money. When she asks again, tell her, "I have yet not got time to check my account, don't worry, I'll check the account and let you know". And take few days to respond.

Hopefully, this will make her understand that you were not unnecessarily worried about the money.

this just shows how people aren't on the same page as us, and aren't really aware of our real needs. Sort of! I've seen this happen a number of times and the person on the other end didn't understand the urgency, cause of whatever...meanwhile, back at the train station, or airport terminal...

You could have rephrased the question like " when can I expect the ticket money or have you sent it already?"
