I am referring specifically to infusions, have you ever taken them as an alternative therapy, their regular use is quite effective and much less expensive than medications.
@HannibalAteMeOut I drink mint tea very often, it is an excellent adjuvant to avoid nervousness and stress, it helps the nervous system a lot, could you describe the benefits of mountain tea for me? I didn't know about it.
@MrGomco it feels like a relief if you're cold, especially with honey in it and contains antioxidants. Pretty much like every other herbal tea. It's traditional for me cause it's a thing in my country and people collect it from the mountain, let it dry and boil it. I also love the aroma, it's unique.
My favorite is rose hip tea. I don't have to pay for it, there are many wild roses where I live. I don't think it has therapeutical effects, but it's really refreshing!
@whowasthatmaskedman Twinings English Breakfast is excellent – although I drink it in the afternoon, with my sister; she's a big fan. And her self-made pastries are incredible. 😋
@WandererTony You're a connoisseur! Darjeeling tea is highly aromatic, with an intense blend of flavors. I usually prefer plain black tea (English Breakfast or something like that). In fact I'm more of a coffee girl, but my sister loves tea, so when I visit her, I can enjoy a cup of tea and some of her self-made pastries.
@helenS Thanks. I belong to a land where almost everybody is a tea lover. Each tea garden of Darjeeling has its own flavour. Vacations in the tea garden resorts can mean more than 10 cups a day. It’s complimentary from the tea estates. 😊 But home made pastries are your privilege. We rarely have it here. 😀
