What is your favourite tea?

I am referring specifically to infusions, have you ever taken them as an alternative therapy, their regular use is quite effective and much less expensive than medications.

Sorry I don’t know much about infusion. Or even what it means. To me Tea means Darjeeling. I prefer first flush. Or Golden Orange Pikoe.

@WandererTony I think it usually means "herbal tea", as opposed to "black tea".

@helenS oh ok. Darjeeling is black tea. So I guess I am not into infusions.
Thanks for the info. ☕️🫖

@WandererTony You're a connoisseur! Darjeeling tea is highly aromatic, with an intense blend of flavors. I usually prefer plain black tea (English Breakfast or something like that). In fact I'm more of a coffee girl, but my sister loves tea, so when I visit her, I can enjoy a cup of tea and some of her self-made pastries.

@helenS Thanks. I belong to a land where almost everybody is a tea lover.
Each tea garden of Darjeeling has its own flavour. Vacations in the tea garden resorts can mean more than 10 cups a day. It’s complimentary from the tea estates. 😊
But home made pastries are your privilege. We rarely have it here. 😀
