How do I get rid of my sweet tooth?

An oral surgeon can extract your teeth.

Replace them with a healthier version of sweets... Set yourself a goal... Tell yourself that for the next month I will not eat anything sweet based on white sugar!

Fighting it myself right now pretty bad. Cutting carbs and sugars for a while and I'm really craving a soda or some cookies or brownies about now.
