I work in the meat & seafood department.. I didn’t know I wasn’t post to cut tails off salmon because I get that asked of me a lot ..

It throws money away . Because people don’t buy tails ..my supervisor was like “STOP CUTTING TAILS OFF SALMON!”.. so I said okay .. I get this dude who was like I only want the center cut of salmon .. and I told him .. I’m sorry sir .. I can’t cut fish that way .. and he said those tails aren’t attractive enough to me!!.. and in my head .. I said “you aren’t attractive to me either .. but here we are 😌” .. and in the end .. I cut the tail off for him and took a write up ! 😈..
