Burger in a bowl.
Fry off an onion then the meat with any seasoning you want to add and allow to cool a little.
Prepare a nice big bowl of shredded lettuce, some tomatoes, and cucumber.
Layer with the meat. Add some chopped gherkins and a couple of shredded cheese slices and some burger sauce if you like.
Sounds weird I know but trust me, it's great. 🙂
