Lazy Lady White Chicken Chili

This recipe is almost entirely a can opener recipe!

1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (7 oz.) can of chicken
10 oz milk
1 (4 oz) can of chopped green chilies
1 (15 oz) can white beans (Great Northern Beans, White Navy Beans. or Cannellini Beans)
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning
Dash Cayenne Pepper

Place the condensed soup and the milk in a 2 quart sauce pan, and whisk. Turn heat on low, and add all other ingredients. Stir once every 5 to 7 minutes and get the beans unstuck from the bottom of the pan. Cook untile the soup begins to bubble. Total cooking time on low...25 to 30 minutes.

Makes 2/1/2 to 3 servings.
I know I'm part Mexican, but this sounds really good without the chilies and peppers.😆
I love most things cooked with milk.😋

@UnderLockDown The Cajun seasoning and the Cayenne pepper make it plenty spicy! I know you would like it!

Too hot for chili right now but I've saved this for later.
Thankyou

@rosyhills We cooled down here in Plymouth, Massachusetts today, and I was actually freezing with the air conditioner running!!! So the slider is open, I am basking in a 68F evening...and hot white chicken chili worked just fine! Sorry it hasn't cooled down for you, yet.
