I don't really have a "famous" recipe. I just make my chili with ground beef (plant based), onions, garlic, onion powder, cumin, chili pepper, salt, vegetable broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, butter, oregano, basil, bay leaf, and I top mine with sour cream before eating. Sometimes add Fritos.

It calls for 8 lbs of coarse ground beef; we sometimes do 3 lbs turkey + 5 lbs beef. Note that it's a no-bean chili. We use it as a sort of chili concentrate. I like to mix it with rice, salsa, and a few vegetables, and roll it up a tortilla.
