Wow yum!!! I have not made something recently that I just loved, but theres this family my sister follows on YouTube in New Zealand. They make vids about how they love America and learning about America history and food. They recently got a recipe to try from Utah viewers..the dish was called Funeral Potatoes. It looked Sooo good!! Its called that because its a hearty casserole for a function. It was hash browns (like the ones at McDonald's, you can buy them in freezer section), sour cream, chicken broth, cheddar shredded cheese, and butter. You mix all these in a bowl then place in casserole dish. Bake for 30 min or so.. omggg the dish looked so good, so comforting. They try recipes from America after making them and all 4 of them Loved it!! I will make it soon.

@Coralmist I KNOW about funeral potatoes! They are awesome and delicious!!! I attended my Aunt's funeral in Utah, and that was one of the dishes.
I also REALLY loved this salad they served at the same funeral...
