I love curry! This looks delicious and really, not all that difficult to do - thanks! I'm definitely going to try this!

One question - does the 1/2 tsp hot chili power give it a mild or medium hotness?
Ontheroad · M
@Patientlywaiting thanks! I was asking because if it were mild, I'd want at least medium 😁

@Ontheroad yeah I like a bit of a kick in a curry 😊

@Patientlywaiting I like a bit of kick in most things - a couple of days ago I made a huge pot of veggie soup and finding three jalapenos in my fridge, I chopped them up and tossed them in seeds and all. Yum!

You, absolutely know how to seduce my palate
Patientlywaiting · 41-45, F
@Rainandforest strained tomatoes. You could probably use tinned tomatoes and blitz with a blender if you can't get them.

This is not medium, this is just mild.

No offence but this is not the traditional way of cooking chicken curry.

And a fair few spices are missing.
Patientlywaiting · 41-45, F
@Calmfidence It's the way I make it. I wasn't aiming for traditional Indian, just a crowd pleaser. I think of Korma as mild.
Calmfidence · 46-50, M
Anything with cream is mild.
No problems.
Each to their own.
