Do you know any better Recipe for Noodles ?

I once had crispy noodles and they were good. I think they coat the noodles in cornflower and flash fry

I like to cook the noodles first in hot, hot water, add sliced cooked pork as thin as paper, then throw in sliced green onions, some salted peanuts and a packet of ramen seasoning. If you like eggs, you can crack an egg on top and either let it cook in the broth, or whip it into the broth.

I posted before, but other than the seasoning the noodles are bland and “ alone”. So add meat, pork or chicken and fresh vegetables and of course the well beaten egg!

It’s what you add to them. Beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, various vegetables, beaten egg, any kind of sauce you might want.

I once added vegetables to some ramen.

Shredded chicken, green onions and peanut sauce.

Depends if it's Italian or Chinese noodles or Thai or Vietnamese or... you wouldn't put Thai noodles in your Alfredo sause.
