It can be a nice feeling but it can be a double edged sword. Not something you'd want to rely on to express yourself.
Being half baked feels nice in general. If you could live a life in peace then you wouldn't need alcohol or anything but the life is hard to find in the society rat race.

I don't drink alcohol at all, but I'm always talking about emotions and feeling empathy toward others. You don't need to get a little buzzed to speak your mind, you only have to stop being fearful about what others will think if you tell them how you feel while you're sober.
