My ideal pizza doesn't seem to exist wherever i go, it was called The Chef's Mistake in a store that is owned by different people now, it had about 3 inches of toppings, it was like eating a hefty sandwich, and oh so greasy, which is what is lacking in a sandwich made traditionally.
Pizza needs to be thick crust, crunchy outside but soft inside. There needs to be double cheese, no matter what toppings you choose. Olives, pepperoni, salami, <other meats>, and some jalapeno peppers. I love pineapple on mine too although I know a lot of people don't. Spicy tomato sauce if they have it.
The pizza should weigh a ton when you pick it up and be steaming hot.

I like high rise, just regular mozz, and I love spicy red sauce as the sauce. My toppings of choice are grilled chicken or buffalo chicken and also bacon. Maybe put some hot honey sauce on it, and also of course crushed pepper and oregano.
