@MrsMONAKanful Indians have 26 accents depending on the state they come from. But the neutral accents you get to hear might also be Indians. They are the better paid ones, of course. 😊

@MrsMONAKanful They might not have accented English but fluency and vocabulary are top notch.

@Musicman there were several who delivered pizzas that bought older gas-savers from the car lot where I worked. Most from Bangladesh but some people can’t distinguish Indians from Bengalis or Pakistanis either.

@nedkelly all our call centres mostly go thru to India and we can barely understand a word they say. The other day I had a chinese one that sounded like someone chucking.pots and pans down the stairs

@meggie Yes I have had the same experience. If they can’t speak well I tell them to learn to speak proper English so Americans can understand. I won’t deal with them.
