@bijouxbroussard Does it have sucralose in it? I'm trying to stay away from that too... seems studies show it's a problem for diabetics both Type I and 2. I've also cut down on peanut butter... high in phosphates (peanuts is the culprit) and my kidneys took a hit during the cancer battle. Nothing too serious, but I'm watching phosphates as a preventative measure.
My favorite was Jif low fat crunchy. It was the best! They stopped making it, so I either eat Skippy low fat crunchy if I find it, or Skippy super crunchy on sale at Costco, they sell it in huge jars! It is a little fatty though.
I preferred low fat, not because of the calories, I preferred the texture and taste. It might have helped keep my young man's body!
I prefer creamy peanut butter...if I feel like having something chunky, I'll go with peanuts rsther than chunky peanut butter. That's my preference, but there's a reason why they make chunky peanut butter....because it's a choice some people prefer.

I've had consistent peanut butter highs with creamy, but i kind of forget PB when i have Nutella 😋
