in the winter I use wood to heat my house,,I buy raw peanuts at WalMart,,I cook them on top of the stove,,,,,5 to 6 hours or till soft,,,,,,,,,,,,Tennessee style,,

I buy the ones Roasted and Salted in the shell, at Wal-Mart.
Put them in a crock pot and boil them till they are tender. I think they are good that way!
