Low Carb Pasta

I now have two pasta makers. Both were purchased at garage sales. I will probably try the Farberware first as it looks easier. I found a low carb pasta recipe with almond flour I want to try. If it works, this will be my new favorite kitchen gadget.
Does anybody have any experience with either of these machines or almond flour pasta?

My sister is diabetic so she uses almond flour for various recipes. She recently made a banana bread with it and while you can identify a bit of almond flour taste, which is not as smooth tasting as regular flour, it did make it very moist. Much more dense than typical banana bread, and I like it that way sometimes

@Coralmist I do other baking with almond flour. It is more dense but I do like it.

@friendlykinkster We got whole wheat pasta because it has more fiber and can help sugars, and actually it wasn't bad! With tomato sauce I couldn't tell it was wheat pasta. Never had almond flour pasta yet.
I believe Marcato is a well-established name in pasta (and better than buying the attachment for a Kitchen Aid mixer).

I believe it was recommended by America's Test Kitchen/Cook's Country before Chris Kimball was ousted.
