I now have two pasta makers. Both were purchased at garage sales. I will probably try the Farberware first as it looks easier. I found a low carb pasta recipe with almond flour I want to try. If it works, this will be my new favorite kitchen gadget. Does anybody have any experience with either of these machines or almond flour pasta?
