That would probably work. Raisin chocolate is always nice and soft.
I miss my mom's pancakes. She used to fold meringue into the batter and it would make really light fluffy pancakes that would absorb enough syrup but not be so heavy or overly sweet. Every time I try to make them, I always over work the meringue and it loses its magic
