I make mine with almond flour... (once again... cut the carbs... because I’m not a piggy anymore.). I also use a syrup called. Choco maple syrup... it’s made from some plant... anyway it’s just as good, and it’s all fiber.

@questionWeaver It's because I use wheat flour, which is used traditionally, but my sisters feel that it makes the pancakes too "dense". They make it with starch, which makes the pancakes fluffy and airy. I still don't understand what's wrong with my pancakes. I'll never find myself a suitor if I can't even make breakfast! XD
@assemblingaknob extra eggs will lighten your pancakes ... and so will whole milk
