People who live in America and don't tip because they feel the people who work for tips should find a better job

Or because they feel the company should pay them more instead of having people tip since that's how they do it in other countries. First of all, I don't think they realize in those other countries that they charge for water, and the food is more expensive than it is here in the states. If they started doing that here, but got rid of tipping and paid their workers better. The people who complain about tipping would complain about their bill going up.

The people who don't tip are the same people who always want help from their friends. Always need a ride, money, or help moving or picking something up. But anytime their friend's need help, they'll never help them since they're selfish and don't want to help anyone but themselves. I bet sometimes they'll even agree to help, until the time comes and than they'll say "I'm sorry, I don't feel like helping anymore. Find someone else"

It never seems to bother business if they have to put prices up if they want a better profit.
Why should it be acceptable for folk to do their job + in order to take home a wage they can live on ?

You can't feel proud of ending involuntary slavery for one generation, and then create an economy that relies on voluntary slavism........that's a nonsense !
Every other nation figured that out

@Picklebobble2 well it's technically not slavism since even without tips you're still getting paid something. May not be a livable wage, but if I remember correctly slaves didn't get paid a dime. And if people don't mind paying 5 dollars for water along with another 3/4 dollar increase per entree for their order to help pay the wage increase like in European countries. Than yes, they could get rid of tips and companies pay livable wages
