This nice old lady brought sandwiches and cake for everyone at work
But I don't like to eat food that was prepared at a stranger's home. I don't want to hurt her feelings but I really don't want any of that food. 😔

I won't eat food unless I know everything that went in it, right down to the butter on the bread (yes, I really MUST be that "petty", simply because I almost died on 2nd August 2003 because of the butter someone had used on sandwiches at a party).
Allergies are no joke - but they're often a get out of jail free card for me in cases like this.
