I am conflicted. Jamie Oliver made a big fuss one Christmas with a similar recipe to popularise a vegetable that all Brits supposedly hate. I don't mind doing this with cabbage, but the sprout is beautifully constructed and pulling it apart does not seem quite right 🥺
