Cajun chicken stew…

I often cook a lot of a particular dish, put it in Tupperware and send it off with one of my siblings to share with Pop, or put it in the fridge as supper for the week. When it’s for me, day I cook it, I usually just have a few spoonfuls before putting it away.

Cajun and Creole foods always taste even better the day after, anyway. They marinate in their seasonings.

Looks super yummy.. Did you learn how to cook in Louisiana.
@Punxi Yes. My grandmother taught me. Well, me and my cousin Emile. The very first dish she taught us was Creole scrambled eggs, with seasonings, herbs, cheese and sausage. We were 8 and 9 years old, and were so proud when the family enjoyed it.
He still likes to cook, too.

As a resident I'd be as big as a house.
